Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request at least 12 hours’ notice. Our Policy: · Any cancellation or rescheduling made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to $150.00. · If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. · Please note that we have a policy in place that requires full upfront payment for our services. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the payment that we hold, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method provided.
